Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union is seeking dedicated members who are interested in serving as a volunteer for our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall conduct, direction, and stability of the Credit Union. It establishes policies and procedures, and guides the organization's growth. The Board meets monthly, as required by the bylaws, and at more frequent intervals as necessary. The Board is made up of 11 directors, each serving a three (3) year term. Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (location rotates between Falconer, Dunkirk, and Mayville). Credit Union Auditing Committee) is made up of 3-5 members and is appointed by the Board of Directors each year at our annual meeting. These committee members serve a term of at least one (1) year and are responsible for protecting our member's interest. Interested members must download and complete the Letter of Interest listed below.

- David Felt, Assistant Chair Person
- Mary DiMartino at the Dunkirk office
- Lori FitzPatrick at the Falconer office
- Aaron Wadin at the Mayville office
The Nominating Committee will consider all qualified candidates and nominate candidates for the Board of Directors to stand for election. Any qualified candidates who are interested in being considered, must complete the Letter of Interest form and submit it to a member of the Nominating Committee no later than February 1, 2012.
